Shenmai; Shen means "to extend"; mai means "meridian". The point pertains to the Urinary Bladder Meridian (B), from where the meridian extends to the Yangquiao Vessel Meridian.
LOCATION of Acupuncture-point B62:
Under the External Malleolus, 0.2 - 0.3 inches deep.
INDICATION of Acupuncture-point B62:
Headache, dizziness, insomnia, back pain, cold in the feet, red eyes, neck pain, epilepsy, insane etc.
